![]() ![]() ![]() This manual for a Philadelphia High Arm machine looks similar, and it looks like at least some Philadelphias used National parts, so that manual may be a possibility for you. I squinted at the blurry ad picture on the ISMACS page and it looked like it had a tension assembly on the top. There are pictures of some of the various models here. National did produce more than one type of machine after all. Important parts to take pictures of include the needle part and presser foot, the bottom, as well as the front. Model identification would be easier with pictures of the machine. It's also apparently a vibrating shuttle model, so a long-bobbin type, and may also use 20x1 needles based on some old forum posts.* Because it was made by National, its manuals, or those of its other badges, will work for the machine. So I looked around, and according to ISMACS, the Brunswick was a badged sewing machine produced for Montgomery Ward by the National sewing machine company, who made sewing machines for a variety of different brands. ![]()
